Senator Drue Pearce, Co-chair, convened the meeting at

In addition to Co-chairman Pearce, Senators Sharp, Donley,                     
Torgerson, Adams and Phillips were present when the meeting                    
was convened.  Senator Parnell arrived shortly thereafter.
